Impurity Removal:
Our impurity removal system meticulously cleans with precision, eliminating any contaminants such as mud or sand. This rigorous purification process guarantees the purity of the biomass pellets, thereby elevating their calorific value.

Proportional Mixing:
Tailoring to diverse customer requirements, we expertly blend different raw materials in precise proportions. This careful mixing ensures consistency in the quality and characteristics of the final biofuel product.

Moisture Control:
Traditional drying methods often fall short in achieving precise moisture control. Our drying technique, which uses high-temperature flue gas as the heating medium, has an excellent moisture control error within a small margin.

Efficient Grinding System:
Our avant grinding system ensures thorough pulverisation of the raw materials, facilitating the subsequent granulation process seamlessly.

Granulation:
Biomass compression moulding demands a delicate balance of temperature and pressure. As the temperature rises, lignin softens, enhancing adhesion properties crucial for shaping the biomass into pellets. Under carefully controlled conditions, external pressure bonds the materials together, forming distinctively shaped biomass pellets.

Cooling, Screening, and Quality Inspection:
Following granulation, the newly formed biomass pellets undergo a comprehensive cooling process. Subsequently, thorough screening and quality inspections guarantee that only superior-grade pellets proceed to the packaging phase.

Packaging:
Ensuring the integrity and freshness of the biomass pellets until they are sold requires excellent packaging, which is the last stage. Our packing procedure is carried out with great care, maintaining the highest standards of quality and preserving the freshness and integrity of the biomass pellets until they are sold.
